Where a client’s exposure runs through specific counterparties, portfolio companies, or other entities of interest, Mitzpe runs continuous screening of the public US regulatory, legal, and financial-distress record — SEC filings, the OFAC sanctions list, DOJ actions, FINRA records, FDA and EPA actions, federal court dockets, and WARN Act notices. An OFAC listing, an indictment, and a Chapter 11 filing surface as they happen and reach the client in the next monthly update or quarterly brief.
