Mitzpe works with documents, testimony, and information that people cannot afford to send in the open. We keep two encrypted channels for that traffic. Both are read directly by Uriel Zehavi. You do not need to be technical to use either one — the steps are below, and they take a few minutes.
The two channels
- Signal — @Uri.30
- For messages, calls, and files. Best for anything time-sensitive or where you want a reply. Open the link on a phone that already has Signal installed, or add @Uri.30 by username inside the app.

- For encrypted email and larger attachments. Write from any address; the mail is encrypted in transit and at rest on Proton's servers. If you also write from a Proton account, end-to-end encryption applies automatically.
Why these are secure
Both channels are end-to-end encrypted. In plain terms, the message is scrambled on your device and can only be unscrambled on ours. Signal and Proton carry the traffic but cannot read it, and neither can anyone watching the network in between. Ordinary email and SMS do not work this way — they travel in a form that mail providers, carriers, and others along the route can read and store.
Signal is a free messaging app, run by a nonprofit, widely used by journalists and researchers for exactly this purpose. Its encryption is on by default and applies to every message and call. Proton is an encrypted email service based in Switzerland. Its encryption protects the contents of your mail, including attachments.
How to reach us on Signal
- Install Signal from your phone's app store, or from signal.org.
- Register with your phone number and open the app.
- Tap the link above on the same phone, or search for the username @Uri.30 inside Signal, and start a message.
- Tell us what you have. Send documents as attachments if you have them.
One note on trust. Anyone can claim to be anyone online. If you want to confirm you are reaching the right person before you send anything sensitive, say so in your first message and we will verify the channel with you — Signal has a built-in safety-number check for exactly this. Take your time. There is no rush on our end.
